Target Group: This course can be organized separately for the Management level and the Operation level. The focus of the course will be adapted to the particular level concerned.
Timeframe: 2 days
Participants: Management Level max. 12 Persons
Operation Level max. 18 Persons
Benefits: Teamwork is a crucial factor to complete tasks and achieve goals. Efficient and effective teamwork goes beyond the accomplishment of the individual; but only if all team members harmonize their contributions and work towards a common goal. Focusing on skills and the right mindset for teamwork, this course gives the participants an understanding of the importance of the team and enables them to use each person’s abilities and knowledge to succeed together.
