Training
Training comprises the transfer as well as the practice of new abilities, techniques and methods by and with one or more trainers.
The aim of training is the active extension of competence of the participant. This is done by practicing and internalizing abilities and behavior patterns that are to be learned, for example in role-plays and many other activities.
The keywords here are “utilize” and “implement”, because the success becomes visible when after the training the participant has gained new behavior patterns and options, and is able to apply them in everyday life and work.
