1.Emotional Competence
Target Group: This course can be organized separately for the Executive level and the Management level. The focus of the course will be adapted to the particular level concerned.
Timeframe: 2 days
Participants: Executive Level max. 10 Persons
Management Level max. 15 Persons
Benefits: Intellect and emotion both have a great influence on performance. People who can handle their own feelings and other people’s emotions in an intelligent way are therefore happier, healthier and more successful. The participants of this course will learn to understand and control their emotions and to handle emotionally straining situations, as well how to assess the attitude and behavior of colleagues and employees better, respond to them more specifically and support them adequately.
