Target Group: This course can be organized separately for the Executive level and the Management level. The focus of the course will be adapted to the particular level concerned.
Timeframe: 2 days
Participants: Executive Level max. 12 Persons
Management Level max. 18 Persons
Benefits: In our modern world, today’s problems can’t be solved with yesterday’s solutions. To increase the participants’ capability, the course focuses on overcoming conditionings from past experiences, learning necessary skills to think out-of-the-box and developing the right way of thinking to open new ways. The participants will develop their ability to perceive present limitations, anticipate possibilities and see the chances and opportunities of tomorrow.
