Target Group: This course can be organized separately for the Management level and the Operation level. The focus of the course will be adapted to the particular level concerned.
Timeframe: 2 days
Participants: Management Level max. 20 Persons
Operation Level max. 24 Persons
Benefits: Cooperation is a vital process in any company. As each individual accomplishes their task, they all need to cooperate to create a workflow and reach the aim of the company smoothly. The participants of this course will develop their ability to think out of the limits of their job to understand the whole process they are a part of, and therefore increase their efficiency of work through successful cooperation.
