Target Group: This course can be organized separately for the Executive level and the Management level. The focus of the course will be adapted to the particular level concerned.
Timeframe: 3 days
Participants: Executive Level max. 12 Persons
Management Level max. 18 Persons
Benefits: Providing constructive feedback to individuals enhances their performance and efficiency, and coaching is the most effective way to do so. This course develops key skills and competencies for coaching and enables the participants to set up and maintain a coaching relationship in line with professional standards to increase the performance of others working with them.
